Mr. Drury’s 7th grade science classes have been experiencing the hands-on excitement of applying the energy principles studied throughout the year by designing and building marble run roller coasters! Students have been exploring concepts such as potential and kinetic energy while engineering, testing, and improving their creations. It has been an exciting and engaging end-of-the-year project for everyone involved!

By exploring the anatomy of the frogs, students were able to make amazing real-world connections to the human body systems we’ve been studying all year. It’s one thing to read about organs in a textbook, but seeing how they all fit and function together in real life is a completely different experience!
So proud of our brave and curious young scientists today.
