Ready to serve, set, spike, and have some fun after school? Barren Beyond the Bell is excited to kick off our Intramural Volleyball League this fall!
The league is open to students in grades 7–12, with Skills Days beginning October 20 and games/tournament play continuing through December 1.
Here’s what you need to know:

Monday, September 14th is Picture Retake day. Red Elephant Studios will only be taking pictures for those who were absent or would like their picture taken again. Please send a parent note if you would like your child to have a retake.
Strong Roots, Safe Schools
September 14th - 17th is Kentucky Safe Schools Week. BCMS is celebrating by dressing up each. The Dress Up days are listed on the attached image. Dress up to show your support for Safe Schools Week.

The Healthy Kids Clinic sent home consent forms with all BCMS students for the FREE Flu Shot clinic we will be having at school. Please return the form by Monday, Sept. 14th to the school office. If your student did not get a form, have them see the school nurse tomorrow to bring one home. You will receive more information for the exact date before the clinic.

STLP (Student Technology Leadership Program) sign ups are underway.
The Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) empowers student learning and achievement through the use/creation of technology based solutions to meet school and community needs.
Students create projects, products or services to meet those needs and then demonstrate their process and learning via various STLP categories. Categories range from instructional, technical or community service based projects to digital content creation (digital art, photography, design, programming, app development, robotics, etc.) to technical services (student help desk, network engineering, wireless deployments, etc.). The best projects, products and services are invited to compete at the STLP State Championship each spring.
